You will need a new email address to use for your Apple ID then open a new iTunes Store account with your new email address and a new password. You will need to provide the basic account info like name, address, city and state, zip, credit card information, etc. in order to open the account.

Sorry, but you did say you wanted to change your user ID. What you really wish to change is your handle on these support forums, correct? If so that is not possible. Only a moderator can do that, and they only do so if there is a special need for it. Otherwise, just create a new account on the ASC and abandon the other. You will lose the 23 points you've accumulated, but I suspect you don't care about that.

As given only the hosts can change your user name. Creating a new profile is one approach, but it presupposes you have access to another email address to use for it. Not everybody has or wants to create multiple email addresses. In earlier versions of the forum software changing the user name was a more involved task than it is with the current version. I will ask a host to make contact with you to see if they can help.
